Providence Milwaukie Foundation:
Supporting Health Care in Our Community

Thanks to the generosity of donors, Providence Milwaukie Foundation has been able to support our community’s health care needs through the years. For example, gifts to the Foundation have allowed our hospital to:

• Provide vital medications to patients who cannot afford it
• Purchase new equipment so we can provide state-of-the-art treatment
• Offer support groups for cancer patients and their loved ones
• Fund important building projects such as the new Emergency Department and hospital wing

Providence Milwaukie Foundation is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors comprised of local business and community leaders, physicians and philanthropists. The Foundation plays a critical role in supporting Providence Milwaukie Hospital and our patients. Board members select projects and services that reflect the essential needs of our community. And they manage fund-raising activities and charitable donations to ensure that funds raised are prudently spent.
