In this group setting you will share your stories and unravel the complex path that has led to emotional eating. The skills practiced in the group will help you:
• Discover how unmet needs create emotional barriers.
• Feel and release the emotions that have caused you to make unhealthy choices.
• Listen to your body, which improves overall self-care.
• Create a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
