Dr. White believes that in addition to prescribing medications and therapies, many illnesses can be alleviated or prevented through healthy lifestyle and stress management. A board-certified family practitioner, Dr. White earned her medical degree at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. She completed her internship and residency in family practice at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Away from her medical practice, Dr. White enjoys spending time with her family. Their favorite activities include hiking, sports, gardening, music and cooking.
