Dr. Cha's philosophy of care is simple. "Medical care is a relationship between the patient and physician. I believe in mutual trust and coordinated efforts to achieve optimal health for my patients." Dr. Cha has a special interest in geriatrics.
Dr. Cha graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology with high honors and distinction. Dr. Cha received her doctor of medicine at the University of Iowa School of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa and completed her internal medicine residency at Legacy Good Samaritan/Emanuel Hospitals in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Cha has worked in Kenya, East Africa as a medical missionary. She is married and lives in Tigard. Dr. Cha is fluent in both English and Mandarin. In her spare time, Dr. Cha enjoys exercising, travel, gardening and participating in church leadership activities."
