A board certified general surgeon, Dr. Fisher earned his medical degree at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He completed his residency in general surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, Calif.
Born in Long Island, N.Y., Dr. Fisher is married and has a son and a daughter.
