Manager, International Educational Exchanges
Carrie spent the first 15 years of her career supporting immigrant and refugee populations in medical, educational and social service settings. She lived in Ecuador to learn Spanish in 1998 and has worked with Latino populations in the U.S. and Latin America in all of her jobs since that time. After earning a dual Masters of Social Work and Public Administration, she entered the realm of global health in 2007, when she spent six years working in international clinical settings managing community engagement for global preventive HIV vaccine trials. Working with Global Partnerships since 2015 in Seattle, Guatemala and wherever else it may take her, is pretty much her dream job! In her spare time, she just tries to stay one step ahead of her two year old daughter.
