In order for us to achieve our aspirations, we must have healthy employees. Edwards is dedicated to providing amenities that make it easy for you to stay healthy, and create a healthy lifestyle. Access and convenience are cited as the number one reason why employees nationwide do not seek health care – it simply does not fit into their busy daily routines. The Total Well-being Center was created to help support the health and well-being of our employees – providing them with access to convenient concierge style care right here at the workplace. Since most diseases are lifestyle related, creating the foundation for health a top priority.

The center is available to employees enrolled in an Edwards sponsored Aetna health plans. Dependents are not eligible to utilize the center.

No, you must be enrolled in one of the Aetna health plans offered by Edwards Lifesciences to utilize the center.

Yes. You may use your HSA to pay for services at the Wellness Center. You can also use a major credit card or ATM Card. We do not accept checks or cash.

Only Aetna members can accrue fees toward their annual deductible. Fees incurred and paid by you will be treated by the Aetna health plans as though you were visiting your usual health care provider, and transactions will be recorded to your membership account accordingly.

Yes. All of our providers are part of the Providence health system, home to a team of board-certified primary care physicians and specialists serving Northern and Southern California.

No. You may utilize the wellness center for primary care services and you can continue to see your primary care provider. Your electronic medical record is integrated across the vast Providence network of care.

Yes. You may bring in the order from an outside physician to have the testing completed. Not all labs can be drawn at the center. We recommend that you call in advance to confirm we can process the order.

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Note the following providers are scheduled part time: chiropractor and acupuncture.
