Dr. Zhu is an exemplary dermatologist!!! He reviewed my concerns thoughtfully , professionally and with great knowledge . I had skin tags removed and age spots on my hands examined for any concerns regarding cancerous conditions. He assured me upon examination that they were not pre cancerous. I left feeling very assured and confident with his diagnosis. Dr. Zhu is very friendly , extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend him !

I saw this provider because I was not happy with my previous provider at this clinic. This provider exceeded my expectations and provided the care I think I needed but was not sure I was going to get, so "thank you!".

I cannot recommend Dr. Zhu and his staff highly enough. The very best endorsement I can offer is that I feel Dr. Zhu and his staff are a) utterly competent and b) demonstrate true engagement and deep caring for me as a patient. I simply cannot ask for more.

Dr. Zhu was the most well-spoken, kind, patient provider that I have had yet in the Providence System. I liked very much that he spoke aloud as to what he was doing before he did it, why he was doing what he was doing / needed to do, and what that meant for me / my health in terms that I could understand. For a physician as young as he is (or appears to be) that is a VERY uncommon set of talents. I will 100% go back to him for any care in the way of dermatology.

Doctor was excellent with clear conveyance of relevant knowledge and recommendations and patience in addressing questions and concerns.Scheduling, however, was crazy. At the time of initial request, the earliest available appointment was about 4 months out... and PCP was concerned about possible melanoma.

Appointment was fast but told me what I needed to know.

This was my first time having care with Dr Zhu (or was it Dr Zho - I am sorry for not remembering). He was polite to both me and staff, methodical, and demonstrated a text book (high) level of knowledge of every dermatological issue I have.

I really like dr zhu. I feel he is the best dermatologist I've seen in years. I have a lot of sun damage where I need to see a doctor 1-3 times a year and I feel confident in his treatments. The only reason I was late getting in to see him was the patient before me didn't show up until my appointment time.

Dr. Zhu was very pleasant and moved through his exam in an efficient, but careful manner. He listened to my questions and responded in a manner that made me feel he was taking me seriously.

Dr Zho was great. He checked a mole I was concerned about and ordered a biopsy. My primary had referred me to him earlier this year. The biopsy was fine but still good to have it checked

Dr. Zhu was attentive, patient and thorough. He read through my past medical history and treated me holistically. He made me feel seen and heard. He recognized the hardship I had endured and treated me as a whole person rather than the skin issue I was coming in with. He made me feel safe and well cared for. He listened and answered my questions in a way I could understand. He was professional and had great bedside manner. I cannot stop saying good things about him. He is one of the best providers I have come into contact with and he deserves much praise. Providence is lucky to have him. Healthcare is better because of people like him.

This is the most personable doctor I have ever met. He seemed to care about me as the patient and not just getting the job done. When I left the appointment I actually texted someone wow what a great doctor!

I was very lucky and received an earlier appointment off a standby list. I got to see Dr. Zhu almost 45 days earlier than scheduled.

Dr. Zhu was outstanding with respect to his expertise, presence, and kindness. He took the time to thoroughly answer every question with his full attention. In addition, when I needed specific follow-up his medical team reached out to me very promptly.

It was clear the Dr had time restrictions. He gave the basic information and did his best to give some additional information that would be helpful in the future, but he was moving fast and talking fast to get through the appointment and that makes it harder to absorb information well enough to ask meaningful questions. I blame the system, not the Dr, as he is just meeting expectations for time allotted per patient.

I've had great experiences , both at Dr. Zhu's previous care facility , and with him at Providence .

Dr. Zhu and does very detailed AVS's with the information he talks about or the products he recommends. I just wish the overall dermatology clinic could offer virtual visits in certain cases, I feel with my acne f/u they don't always need to be in person unless I have a huge concern.

I called expecting an appointment in a couple months but was seen right away. I am very happy with my provider and his team . Being in the medical field myself I know the ups and downs of health care. I love the professionalism and compassion of this team
