So Dr Silva Lima took the time to listen to what I had to say and what my concerns were and we came up with a plan together that we thought would best suit me and my needs. And I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me for any questions I had He let me know different side effects of different medicines and then we went from there and chose together I really liked that He took the time. He's a very patient and kind man because I did have a lot of questions so I just appreciate the care that I received and I've always felt very comfortable there and I actually got reassigned to him when my doctor left and not trying to be funny but I'm so happy that I did get reassigned to him He's amazing

He is doing well with managing multiple disabilities and health issues with me and appreciate the multiple staff members working alongside De Silva. This was Our 1st visit with Claude. He was friendly, concerned about our problems. Gave us plenty of time for us to talk about how we felt. We were very pleased with his recommendations. He plans to see us again in a couple of weeks to see how we are doing with the new medication.

This was my first introductory meeting with Providence and PMC Da Silva Lima. My interaction at Providence, from check-in staff to meeting Da Silva Lima, was timely, efficient & professional. I walked away with the initial feelings of confidence in Da Silva Lima and services provided at Providence, Central Point. This survey is based on the first and only meeting.

Despite the turmoil at Providence this past year, I feel I have found an excellent physician. The checkin assistant and Dr answered my questions and I felt very comfortable and was reassured if anything came up that they would fit me in for care

I have zero negative comments for any part of the Providese people from reception to surgeon. I go no where else but Provdence. I love you sll.
