Thomas listened to a concern I had that other doctors did not. (The other doctors were surgeons not at this facility.) He suggested a possible solution and referred me to another doctor who might help. I'm grateful that Thomas listened and took my concerns seriously.

Thomas Freeman is always very professional and friendly and appreciate his professional suggestions and advice in keeping me healthy.

Thomas has been my provider for at least 10 years and has always been easy to talk to and provides easy to understand feedback. I have never felt rushed during a visit. If he orders bloodwork, I usually have an email with the results in my portal by that afternoon and a phone call from his office no later than the next day to discuss the results. Very pleased with the entire team!

Thomas Freeman is a very conscientious Dr. He remembers me and has ordered all the proper tests, etc. For me when needed. I really appreciate him and his nurses.

This provider is not my usual care provider. This single experience was good

Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to discuss symptoms, remedies and alternatives.

Thomas saved my life. I went to the ER and they told me I had a migraine. At my follow-up appointment, he listened to me when I said I didn't think it was a migraine. He told me to go to the emergency room and have them do an MRI where they found I had a stroke

I feel comfortable with my care provider. He has come to know me and my issues, and is aware of all the issues that I have and is dealing with them in a timely manner. I am satisfied with him and how he is taking care of me.

Provider came in 30 min late for 1hr yearly physical. We started over 30 minutes late and ended early. Only got 25 min appointment. It was rushed and not thorough. First time disappointed with this provider

Thomas Freeman is the best provider I have ever had. It Would be devastating if I ever had to find another. I don't believe in my life time I would be able to find another provider who cares and is as committed to making sure I get the care or answers I need and deserve if things are going poorly. He is thorough and listens to everything I have to say. Anytime I've had to see another provider I've felt disappointed and unheard. The office staff is always kind as is his nurse. All around fantastic experience. I'm also not upset I had to wait longer than normal to see him this last time. I believe it was because he was giving his full attention to someone else who needed it instead of rushing through to meet some kind of time quota. Good providers are worth waiting an extra 5 minutes for.
