Provider is great and I really appreciate the professionalism of this Provider awesome job

She was excellent. Both the provider and her assistant were the best! They are both kind and caring. Explained everything and considered my comfort. The problem was solved. The knew what they were doing and did it quickly and efficiently, yet not in a hurried manner. My wait in the waiting room and in the exam room were both brief.

Lisa Seung is a wonderful nurse practitioner. I always feel so lucky when I'm able to bookan appointment with her. She makes me feel comfortable and confident in her knowledge. She is very professional, yet friendly, and communicate very well. She is a joy to interact with.

I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and helpful the appointment people were.

A newer, current experience in STI testing is causing me to have issues. My primary physician has been absolutely outstanding in caring for my sexual health, and so have all members of my Care Team except one, a Physician's Assistant I saw December 2022 and am now currently working with in My Chart.

She was terrific. She listened, explained thing's clearly and gave me options as to next steps to take.Would love to have her as my primary care doctor.
