My first visit with this provider was not a very pleasant experience. However, this was my second visit with this provider was much better. He was polite and kind which I appreciated very much.

Dr Duh (specifically his Medical Assistant) are new healthcare providers for me. They both have taken time during past 2 appointments to understand more about me personally, remembers information I've shared about my family, and show consideration and respect for my background and experiences. I had come here for this appointment because I had my first case of Covid and developed a rash and wanted to get advice. I had originally called to get advice on the phone,I was called back and given no specific things to watch for or for how long I should expect the rash to last, so I requested to have a physician see me. I was scheduled with Dr Duh because my Dr was out for the week. I'm very glad I was able to see Dr Duh. He listened very carefully to my symptoms and the duration, was very kind and knowledgeable, and checked the spots and rash. He told me what specifically to look for and said at that time he wasn't concerned, but that if the spots got worse then to return and they would order blood labs. I am thankful for Dr Duh and his treatment of me on this visit. This was my first experience with Covid and I was concerned because of how it effects everyone differently and I seemed to be having a lot of symptoms for a few weeks and appreciated him helping me to navigate what was happening since nobody I knew had gotten these spots with their covid it was concerning to me.

The doctor was pleasant and listened to my questions.

My PCP is excellent. Although he and I find that my records are sometimes not up to date. Unsure why.

Did not have a PCP, this was an initial visit and to discuss an ongoing health issue for diagnosis / treatment. Too early to make an assessment on Dr. Duh, but he seems knowledgeable and caring.

My provider cares, has good bed side manner, and it thorough.

Dr Duh immediately understood my need to continue my Armor Thyroid and was very reassuring that he would prescribe it as long as my TSH and other thyroid measures stayed in the normal range. He said if that did not occur, would I be amenable to a trial of Levothyroxin. I appreciated his concern and timely help.

He was great.

Although it took several months to get an appointment (approx 4 months), I really liked Dr Duh. He was efficient, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm excited to finally have a primary care physician.

I appreciated that Dr. Duh took time to listen to all of my concerns without interruption, and then responded to each in a straightforward manner. He also asked follow-up questions to me and my partner to better understand what was going on with me. I like that he is to the point without being dismissive. My waits were also short, both in the lobby and exam room.

Dr. Duh is not my regular provider but he was very good & was available to address my issue.

This was my first visit to Dr Duh and the practice. I have recently moved to Portland and was looking for an internist.I previously lived in New York City where I received amazing care. Dr Duh exceeded the expectations I had, he is a fine physician. I am quite pleased to have him as my internist.

Listens and very helpful.

This was the first visit with Dr Duh. He was more engaged with his computer and AI assistant than he was with me. I had questions about fatigue/weight gain and a medication I'm taking. He didn't seem concern, didn't really ask many questions and then showed me a table with other medications in the same class I was taking and ask which one I'd like to try. I didn't feel like I got professional information.

This was my initial visit with this provider so I can only judge by our 'meet & greet', not long term. However, I found him to be pretty knowledgeable about my history and referred to my online chart. I was able to clarify some issues with him which I did not expect him to be knowledgeable. It was a good first visit and I look forward to working together for my healthcare.

I only met him once as my regular doctor is retiring. I liked him and will continue to go to him.

I haven't ever had a bad experience with Providence care providers. I have been with Providence for many ears.

My only concern is that the providers need to listen to their patients first, then run their agenda. It means a lot to us when the doctor listens to their patients concerns first.

Dr. Was not at all personable. He was like a computer just doing the job. No facial smiles. Really obviously a new inexperienced doctor. His technical skills were fine just his terribly flat demeanor. No empathy shown. I am forced to find a new provider.

I appreciated the thorough neurological assessment.
