About Anna M. Urbanc
Anna Urbanc, PA-C, entered the field of medicine because of the day-to-day variety and the relationships she builds with patients of all ages. "I enjoy working with people and problem solving," she says. "I try to emphasize the importance of involving each patient in their medical decision- making."
Anna's care philosophy is to listen to her patients, be compassionate and give patients an active role in their health care. "I like caring for the whole person, not just the illness or injury," she says. "Being part of a team that delivers high-quality health care is important to me and my patients."
After completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, Anna earned her master of physician assistant studies degree from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Born in Eugene, Oregon, and raised in Colorado, Anna returned to Oregon to practice medicine. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with her husband, daughter and two cats. Anna is proficient in Spanish.

If not for Anna Urbanc, I would choose not to see a doctor, or seek out routine health care. I have had terrible experiences with practitioners in the past. I trust Anna. She is patient with me, and treats me with respect. She is an expert at patient centered, trauma informed care. I wish more practitioners approached their practice with the same level of care and compassion as Anna Urbanc.
