I had Covid. My regular physician was not immediately available so the staff arranged a telehealth appointment with Dr.Brown within 1 hour of my initial call. She and the support staff were very responsive and I received the prescription for paxlovid. Subsequent calls to the care team with questions about contagion and precautions have also been very helpful.

I love the process for appointing me to see Dr. Brown. I message or schedule on the app. I always receive a phone call from her office to get details of my need and I always am offered an appointment within a acceptable waiting period. Most often the appt. Is the very next week. Also Dr.Brown treats me in a timely manner during the appointment always. I don't waste her time and likewise she gets to the correct point and helps me. I have absolute confidence in her either helping me or referring me to a specialist.

I felt both the Doctor and MA let ma ask any question I had without feeling rushed.

I think she is very good and knowledgeable. She is kind too. I would recommend her to anyone I know; especially if they were interested in sports medicine. The only thing I would like more from my health care is knowledge of doing different diets. I try to do things naturally when it comes to my health, and would like more information when it comes to treating my health without resorting to medications.
