I have received excellent referrals when needed. Access to other providers are linked thru patient portals. Urgent care is used when needed with follow-up visits to my PCP - otherwise she keeps current with my ongoing treatments and advises as needed with questions answered and suggestions made. I have one patient -- me. My PCP has many patients, but when I see her, I am made to feel as if I am her only patient.

Once before I answered this questionnaire I wasn't pleased with Siapnos attention to me I recall leaving a negative message. I believe now it was just where I was mentally and emotionally. I want to retract that statement she is a wonderful provider one of the best I have ever seen.

Dr Siapno was great, kind and helpful. Her MA who asked me all the questions before the appointment was super! So kind and upbeat. She really seemed to understand how to translate my answers to fit the questions. It was just a very easy experience.

Dr Siapno noticed an excessive buildup of wax in both my ears. She had an assistant come in and flush out the excess ear wax. Very professionally done.

This was an initial visit with a new doctor and I left feeling unimpressed and felt that my concerns were not acknoledged or addressed fully.I was left with unanswered questions that I won't have a chance to be answered for 6 weeks at my next appointment.This has caused a spike in my levels of stress and anxiety, which is the exact opposite of the reason I need a doctor. Even 5 days after the appointment I am feeling the negative health effects of the added stress from the visit.

Dr. Siapno is always looking at what can be done to improve my overall health, not just the issue I go in to have checked.I would consider having questions about MyChart, not just telephone.
