very helpful and very insightful! Not to mention kind to me.

What the doctor said and did and the appointment did not match the chart notes that my primary care doctor received. We were all disappointed that the doctor didn't try harder to help us. He didn't tell Us at the appointment that he didn't plan to continue to treat me. We had to read that in the chart notes. If he's not going to help us, it would've been nice to know who could.

I've been with my provider for 12 years and have always been happy with the care provided.

dr need more communication

[...] Dr Cantini is very professional, listens to my questions and comments and is clear regarding his treatment advise. [...] I have seen him several times and he is always flat-faced, showing absolutely no hint of emotional presence. [...] I admit that the complete lack of facial response sometimes makes me wonder if I have been heard. I am learning to choose my words carefully when I describe my concern / reason for the appointment, so as to be as clear as possible re: what I need him to respond to and treat, if needed. If necessary I repeat my concern, perhaps honing in on more specific details that concern me. I do trust his treatment decisions once I know he has fully heard my concern.

Care provider worked with me on resolving my medical issues.

Fabulous experience. I would recommend doctor 100%. Great office and staff.

Prescribed a "Black Box" medication without disclosing the severe risks with me and the Providence pharmacy failed to label it as a "Black Box" medication.
