Dr. Kawahara is a Harvard educated oral surgeon. After attending UCLA for his undergraduate studies, Dr. Kawahara earned his dental degree (D.M.D.) from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and his medical degree (M.D.) from Harvard Medical School. He trained in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Boston at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Kawahara is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He completed a fellowship in Aesthetic Maxillofacial Surgery at the USC-LA County Medical Center. Currently he is an adjunct professor at UCLA
