I have noticed the exam room blinds are broken and provide no privacy and need to be replaced. I seem to always wait an hour before I see Lydia, she is in high demand. Dr Villegas has been my provider for more than 20 years. I had previous bad experiences and had basically stopped going or having a basic provider. Dr Villegas was recommended to me by a colleague, when I felt my former PCP did not understand me. I feel like Dr Villegas has a sincere concern for the welfare of her patients. She shares her knowledge and expertise in a way that her patients understand her. The past years I started seeing her is the only time I started really understanding things about my health. I am truly blessed with such a caring PCP. I'm glad I stuck it out with Providence, as the experience with my former PCP was terrible, maybe even insulting.

Dr. Villegas is wonderful. It's just really hard to get an appointment and wait times are pretty long. I know it's because she is very intentional with everybody but it can be challenging at times to wait so long.
