I would say I have previously had serious problems with other providers in this practice helping me navigate care for my teen. I would say the admin at Mercantile is problematic and uncaring as well.Mackenzie Lamb is the only provider I can rely on and she is the only provider I would see or want my teen to see. Mercantile has become a a place I would not recommend except for Mackenzie Lamb. I have been a patient here for 16 years.Providence needs to step up it's care.

I've been a member of Providence for about 10 years, and a member of this practice for about 5 years. I'm very happy with McKenzie. We communicate well and I feel like a participant in my health care. She is empathetic, kind, and pleasant.

Provider was great. Very hard to get appointments at this practice though. Usually have long waits, and don't offer vaccines for whole family.

This provider works on a team with my regular provider. She was able to help me with an urgent problem. I appreciated her very competent attention to an eye condition that was new to me.

This physician is super responsive! In a world now or healthcare providers are not very responsive, it is really refreshing to work with her. I wish everyone was as detailed and engaged as she is.

This was a virtual visit for Covid care and the first time I met with Mackenzie. She was very helpful.

Mackenzie called me with my lab results very quickly after they were released in MyChart; she called after 5 on a Friday before a long weekend. It meant a lot to me to be able to speak with her so soon and not wait three or four days.

The provider helped me to feel comfortable, took time with me, and explained my various concerns about a skin growth.

She was great. Patient, reassuring, thoughtful, knowlegable, and a good listener. The medications I needed somehow got hung in between the office and the pharmacy, so that took a couple of days to straighten out actually. The problem with that was that I had Covid, and meds were a little time sensitive.

I moved to Oregon 5 years ago, and finally found Providence and Dr. Gaff. I was and am extremely impressed with how well the office in run and they are always on time and I have never been kept waiting; the staff is friendly; Dr. Gaff Is knowledgeable , personable & professional . Very impressive from the get go.!!!

I love this PA and my primary but it takes forever to see them because of short staffing!

My experiences with Mackenzie Lamb were very positive. She listens well and is proactive in a very congenial manner.

The care provider seemed knowledgeable. However I felt a little dumb, like she was talking down to me. She wasn't very warm or empathetic.
