About Melanie Myers
Melanie's appreciation for movement started at the age of 4 when she started ballet lessons through the Royal Academy of Dancing, completing their syllabus through high school. She continued taking dance lessons and performing with a studio company in Arizona while getting her Bachelor of Science in exercise science. After graduating from physical therapy school, she started specialty training in pelvic health physical therapy, along with her Pilates Certification from Basi Arts and Sciences International. In her spare time, she enjoys Pilates, hiking, playing golf and traveling.
