it was recommended that I have physiotherapy and it was all I needed

Dr. Nichols is excellent!!

She's pretty good but I have to watch her because sometimes she adds symptoms that I don't have. And sometimes problems. But she's also very caring and thorough. She's a Great doctor

I know she has a lot of patients to fit in, is very busy, so I sometimes withhold questions about my health or information about my other healthcare interventions.

Dr.nichols was extremely friendly and knowlegable.I t was my first visit with her and am very happy and confident to have her as my primary care docter.

needed to wait nearly an hour in waiting room. very unusual. everyone was very apologetic.

I like the office but found Dr. Nichols rushed, cold and was told I could only discuss three health needs.

She never looked me in the eyes. Her eyes roamed all over the room and she would cut me off when I was speaking to indicate "I was wrong and she was right". VERY conservative about giving out medications, which is fine, but her manner of delivery on the topic was not compassionate. She kept comparing me to what the rest of her patients with my issues do.

Had a family emergency and they helped me get in and out quickly & discretely.

Excellent conversing/insightful/compassionate.

we love our new physician replacing [...]

Very nice staff. It took a very long time to get my initial appointment to see a doctor. I am not used to w a biting so long. [...]

This was my first meeting w Dr Nichols, as my new Primary Care Provider. I was impressed at her understanding of my medical history, her quick research on trends, and ability to understand what I was concerned about regarding my health and wellness.

Dr. Nichols has consistently been attentive to my issues and/or concerns. She has made me feel comfortable and confident in her care.

I've been most impressed by the care and respect I receive during my visits. Dr Nichols has addressed health concerns that have plagued me off an on for years. One example is wrist pain. Other doctors said it was arthritis, when in fact, I have a bone deformities in my wrists. The Providence team provides excellent care. Thank you.

Dr Nichols is the FIRST provider in many years who investigated the concerns I had, and it is very fortunate for me that she did. i'm grateful to her.

Provider more concerned about her "zero mal practice" record than providing care to the patient. Having had wonderful care for many years from a physician in Physicians' Clinic, I was disappointed by this physicians attitude re becoming my primary care physician for the six months each year that we are in the Spokane area. She simply refused to be a part time PCP and wished us well in finding a physician in the area for primary care needs for the one half of my life spent in Spokane. [...]

I wish someone would call with the results of blood tests or any type of tests. I like the online option, but would still like some personal correspondence.

She did most of the talking. She could have asked me to elaborate on some of the things we talked about.

Dr. Nichols is new for me and I think I will appreciate her and her sensitivity to my needs.

Was told by the doctor that she didn't have a lot of time for me because I booked my appointment online. I felt that I should receive the same time as someone who calls in for an appointment. in addition, I felt rushed during the appointment and felt like the physician referred me to another doctor because she didn't have time to address my concerns. I have had really great physician in the past in this practice, however, will be looking to switch to a different physician in the future.

Was sad to lose Dr [...] for my Dr after after all these uears, but Dr Nichols is making me feel very comfortable with her knowledge and personality. [...]

Provider is very nice and knowledgeable however she seems very quick to refer out to others [...].

Did not respond to my leg pain issue. Did not ask about my mood which we had talked about in January. Seemed to focus on colonoscopy which I do not need for another 5 years.

Overall good experience, just didn't feel like my doctor was completely engaged in visit, kind of made me feel more like an in and out experience.

I am pleased with my initial visit with Dr. Nancy Nichols and would highly recommend to others. She seems to be thorough and listens to my concerns.

everyone is great

She was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs.

I had been shuffled around by [...] but you made me feel like I would get organized, coordinated care.

I like her VERY much she is very thorough -

She has made a few mistakes concerning facts from my medical record and had the gall to state in my chart that I never informed her of a previous type of statin that I had been taking prior to becoming her patient. When in fact I had specifically requested it. But she was all hyped to get me on another pravastatin. I did not do well on it and quit taking it. Afterwards I researched it and it is not recommended for patients with low thyroid. She replied most of them are that way, which I concede. But to state that I never told her about it, that is too much. She gives off a quiet hostility towards me. I will be changing physicians at some point in the not too distant future. In my first meeting with her she wrote that I had been in Prison. What t f. She is not the best listener.

this was my initial visit w/Dr. Nichols. she met all my expectations of a caring, respectful, professional physician. i will be meeting w/her again in 3-4 months, following up my PT progress, blood tests & overall well care.

Dr Nichols was an exellent provider would highly recommend her. So happy to have her.

Dr. Nichols REALLY listened to my concerns. I have suffered from muscle spasms and cramps for several years. Previous Doctors just prescribed muscle relaxers, or told me to drink more water. She actually had some input for me, and says she suffers from leg cramps also. After my surgery (Total knee replacement) I will be visiting her to get some blood work, and find out WHY I experience them so frequently. She thought perhaps, anti histimines, or possible I needed a magnesium supplement. I really felt like she took an interest in me.

dr. Nichols was the dr i chose after dr [...] retired and i am very pleased with all she has done for me. she is a great d and i would highly recommend her to other patients. she seems to take my health very seriously and ii feel that she is always genuine as a dr and as a person. i feel that she is a great fit for me and my health. i would like to thank her for all she has done for me. she is a great doctor

Dr Nancy Nichols is thorough and sensitive, plus she really takes the cost of care options into consideration and involves me in tradeoff decisions. I enjoy the security of having continuity of care. She also referred my husband to a doctor in the group at another location and he was a great choice. Thank you, Nancy!

Very rushed, told we couldn't talk anymore as it was only a 20 minute appt. - after recapping old notes, we were left w/no time to discuss what I was really concerned with.

She took the time to take care of my needs and listen to my concerns about my physical and mental health.

First meeting with this provider, after my doctor of 35 years retired. It was a positive experience.

All good.

Dr.Nichols is a very caring Dr. but, sometimes she doesn't pay as much attention to my comments as she should. i don't have insomnia. But, I feel she is a through Dr. And checks out everything that could cause the problem.

This was the most professional visit I've had with a medical provider in two years.

This was an initial appointment as my previous PMD at another clinic was no longer available. I was very pleased with how I was treated by Dr. Nichols and the staff.

This appointment was my first with Dr. Nichols and was due to Dr. [...]'s retirement. I really liked her!

Provider was aware of my issues and went was thorough.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The physical went very smoothly

As expected. Dr Nichols did not tell me herself that she planned to order my maintenance medications. I found out she had completed sending them to my pharmacy. I found out from the MA. I usually order maintenance meds by 90 day mailorder. She ordered 30 day supplies. My insurance requires 90 day Rxs for maintenance meds. If she had communicated, I would have been able to tell her these things before she wasted her time doing the wrong thing. This did inconvenience me, but it will make extra work for her.

I felt very comfortable and believe I will get good care.

[...] Dr. Nichols was 30 minutes late. I got someone's attention regarding this, and then Dr. Nichols came right in. She explained that she had several patients who were sad about losing an important person in their lives, and did not want to leave them while they were crying. I told her I appreciated that she was compassionate and listened to them, but I would have appreciated if someone would have come into the room and explained why she was so late. Otherwise the visit was fine. She listened to me and was thorough in looking through my records and going over the current, active problems.
