As it turns out, this provider was a member of my military unit whom I hadn't seen in more than 30 years. I was reminded that I had couched/advised him to follow his desires and pursue his desire to further his medical interests. According to him, my advise led him to his current position as a PA. In my opinion, he provided excellent service during the visit.

Paul listened carefully to my concerns about issues I had with the phone assistance I had when in a-fib. It was reassuring to have someone listen and not just brush it off. Paul also helped me plan how to deal with a cardiac issue if it occurs when I am out of the state or out of the country. I appreciated that Paul did not rush through our appointment.

The Providence medical heart rhythm clinic is a good example for others to follow as a way it should be done.
