Paul U. Yutan, MD

Dr. Yutan earned his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Los Angeles and his medical degree from St. George's University, School of Medicine in Grenada. He completed his residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, California, an affiliate of the University of California at Davis, Department of Internal Medicine. Dr. Yutan also went on to complete acupuncture training at Helms Medical Institute for Acupuncture and is also board certified in internal medicine. Prior to joining Providence ElderPlace, Dr. Yutan was a physician at Providence Medical Group. He now sees participants at Providence ElderPlace at Lambert House. Dr. Yutan has volunteered with Flying Doctors, where he served rural clinics in Mexico and small towns in the southern California desert. He is conversant in Spanish and Tagalog (Filipino) and enjoys running, snowboarding and yoga.
