This was my first encounter with Dr. Richman as I was referred to him for a colectomy/surgery. He came in and gave a friendly introduction and got right down to the surgical explanation, what I'm to expect before, during, and after care for my surgery. I had a list of questions going in, the majority of which were answered during his rundown. He gladly answered the remainder of them and also asked my husband if there were any he had. He made sure I understood everything fully before we finished. He was frank, efficient, and had good bedside manner. His perspective seemed aligned with mine and for that I am so grateful. I'm so glad he is my surgeon.
