I really appreciated how carefully the provider listened to me and the time she took in explaining things to me. She has always made it a really easy and comfortable experience to have a visit.

This was my first visit with Phoebe N Robinson. Her bedside manner was outstanding and her overall knowledge of medecins was apparent, however she wasn't as familiar with me as a.patient as other one's have been upon my first visit with them.

Phoebe was awesome.. She explained things clearly and set a path that I understood. She got tests scheduled. Although I was in pain, I left my visit encouraged with hope of good solutions. Extremely happy I was able to see Phoebe on a last minute urgent call in for help.

The electronic wall of passwords and online homework can be daunting. In the end I had to call to get in to see someone because I couldn't see my own doctor for weeks which is frustrating. But in the end I thought Dr. Phoebe was excellent and took action immediately which is what I wanted. I didn't know from looking at the Providence/My Chart site that I could see someone else. The new building (Reed's Crossing from the old office on Oak) is massive improvement in efficiency and communication.

This was my first experience with this provider and I could not have been more pleased.

She was treating me for an issue that I considered embarrassing. She was sensitive to my feelings and addressed the issue with professionalism and compassion. She was very knowledgeable and provided education on the Issue I was experiencing. She put me at ease.

I really liked Phoebe. She did not try and fit me in a box. She listened to what I had to say with respect and a clear understanding of what I was saying-even though It is not always standard medical narrative Example: Vitamin D from sunlight.

Previous location and previous doctor, I used to go before pandemic are sub par, compare to this place. This new place is amazing, people were warm and friendly. Very happy, I made the switched to this location.
