Other than waiting 6 months for appointment. The doctor and office staff were excellent.

Dr. Avitia is an outstanding ENT and I am very lucky to have her.

She was attentive, listened to my health concern, and gave a good explanation for my health concern. However, my health concern was not resolved at or because of this visit. My health concern was resolved through other means and I wonder if the solution to my health problem could have been addressed at this appointment visit.

Overall the visit was thorough and beneficial. I was disturbed to read in the post visit notes from the Dr. That she claimed to palpated my abdomen. She did not do this. She only listened to my lungs, heart, and looked into my ears, nose, and throat.

Surgical procedure to remove any remaining cancerous tissue after a biopsy revealed a basal cell carcinoma. Dr. Avitia was very efficient in removing suspect tissue and her sutures were neat without any residual bleeding.

Dr. Avitia was kind and listened to my medical concerns. She explained what she was doing during the appointment and helped reduce anxiety. She was knowledgeable and professional and I felt heard, seen, and taken care of.

Dr. Avitia is outstanding. Very helpful. Her office help is great too. Had trouble this time to reach her office. The general office did not help. Her office is nothing but helpful!

The visit was quite short and not much of an exam and it took about a month to even get the appointment she didn't show much compassion the doctor following her showed concern for me

Dr. Avita was personable and caring. She took a biopsy of a growth on my tonsil and, with anesthetic, there was no pain. I appreciated her attention and focus on my immediate need.

Quick and timely visit

I like Dr. Avitia a lot. She remembers my history even though I only see her for routine care once a year. She's very easy to talk to. Her staff is very pleasant.

Dr Avitia was very cold and did not give me any more advice other than no' and you need to see an audiologist'. It seemed that I have seen her for the wrong reason. On the contrary, her assistants was very helpful though.

Dr Avitia is very knowledgeable in her field and compassionate toward her patients but it's very difficult to get an appointment with her when needed right away

She made the experience, which was scary, very comfortable. I was originally scared of skin cancer. I became more comfortable with her knowledge and consideration of my fear.

Helpful, personable, professional and caring people top to bottom! My physician was the best! Thank you all for the good care. The only problem was the veterans administration failed to provide necessary records needed by my physician. There certainly was not her fault.

I have received good and understanding care form FACY personnel. Understanding that working with people and particularly sick people has to be a difficult task. I appreciate the smiles and pleasant greeting and the patients. Waiting for old people to complete simple task, all day, can not be easy. Thank you.

Dr. Avitia was very nice. I wasn't able to see her for 3 months after I had gotten approval. Dr. Avitia told me to come back in 6 weeks, I couldn't get an appointment for 9 weeks, since she only is there on Fridays.
