PATIENT RATINGS AND COMMENTS
The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey.Responses are measured on a 10 - point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5 - point scale in order to display results in a 5 - star rating.Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Kristedja is a great doctor. He listens and answers all of my questions. Spends as much time as I need. Returns calls promptly. Answers questions in a way that I can understand. I would definitely recommend him. And the office staff is wonderful as well. They are helpful, kind, patient.

Dr. Kristedja is outstanding! I met him when I was already in the hospital with some serious health problems. He immediately cared for me as though he had been treating me for years. He always made time to explain and answer questions and always gave me the impression that he really knew what he was doing. And when the situation was so strange or complicated, he admitted it and presented all the options. If it's possible to say this, I almost look forward to "going to the doctor", when it's he who is that doctor!

Dr Kristedja is an excellent doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. He takes time to explain everything that is going on, current steps, next steps. Patiently takes the time to answer ALL of my questions. And always explains things in plain English so I understand everything. Also, all the receptionists and clerks in his office are wonderful. Very friendly and polite.
