Dr. Annable also graduated from the United States Air Force School of Medicine and became a United States Air Force Flight Surgeon during the Vietnam War. He has maintained his love of aviation over the years, serving as Senior Medical Examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration.

wait time is way too long. i've been there about 3-4 times and each time I have to wait about an hour to see my doctor.

I don't like the new form asking about mental health. It's exceedingly nosey and none of any one's business unless I choose to talk to the doctor. Way too much paper is wasted. Spend the money on supplies.

Provider sent me for an x-ray of my knee and I was told he would get back to me the next day to let me know what he thought should be my next step. No one got back to me the next day. The day after that I reached out to office via Mychart, that went without response, so I called the office the next day and finally got a response via Mychart.
