Dr Ruby has the best receptionist in the LCM organization. She is knowledgeable, efficient and has excellent customer service skills (and a sense of humor). Dr Ruby is excellent. His extensive knowledge still enables me to take charge of my health. I wish I had this team handling all of my health requirements.

I was referred to Dr. Ruby for a specific condition by Dr. [...]. I am waiting to hear from Dr. Ruby about his recommendation. He appears to be very thoughtful to my current treatment and the high costs of a possible advanced medication. The costs for the medication is out of pocket and extremely costly. Dr. Ruby would like to study my medical history, the initial date of diagnosis, duration of taking the current medication before advising and recommending a treatment. I appreciate him studying and thinking about me rather than quickly prescribing.
