My care provider was friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, willing to hear and discuss my concerns about specific meds. She Is the kind of person that I feel comfortable with, respect, and want for a doctor.

She worked very well with me and we sit and talked about my issues concerning this procedure I'm happy to have but I needed to have my heart checking to come in to see her so she was very good and yes I will go back to her

Doctor Lisa presented me with options. She lets me decide treatments/meds. Then we monitor the results. This is how it should be. I trust and respect my cardiologist

Dr. Yao did a very thorough history and physical exam and even talked to me about my previous career as a PNP: where I practiced and what kind of patients I saw. She was very friendly and easy to talk with.

I like my cardiologist a lotHowever, she's kinda "short" on the explanation side.Please us the chart hanging on the wall and point out the problem areas

I am extremely hard of hearing. My doctor and her staff made every effort to communicate with me in a way I could understand.

The doctor spent more time looking at the computer and typing than she spent looking at or examining me.

My experiences with health providers in the last 3 months were all excellent and I am very grateful. My sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses and supportive staff. They're all heros.

Great appt. Dr Yao listened to me about concerns of swelling, leg pains. She ordered some tests too which I appreciated.
