Dr. Jafari has provided excellent medical care for my multi focal motor neuropathy & essential tremors - I always feel she listens well to my questions & concerns. I really like being able to contact her thru e-mail via MyChart. I believe that way of communication saves office visits.

The doctor passed us off to our primary care physician to deal with the issue of extreme anxiety and fear of my condition of having Alzheimer's disease. The doctor originally prescribed a medication for anxiety and then increased/doubled the dosage, which helped some but not enough; instead of dealing with us to address this anxiety/fear she told us to make an appointment and see our primary care doctor? Why am I seeing this doctor if she cannot help me and passes me off to someone else. we no longer know what Dr. Jafari can do to help us? We have another appointment with her in 6 months, why, what can or will she do to help us? Seems she has passed us off to PCP for help with the most severe current problem we are having?
