I fell my Provider is objective and gets to the point. This helps me grasp the knowledge of how I can be pro-active in my own good health.

Dr. Eardley listened to my concerns and gave me a referral to a specialist that she felt would know more about my problem than she did. That made me feel comfortable because I don't like doctors who "think they know everything". When that happens...generally I am the one that continues to suffer!

Dr Eardley has been my provider for sometime now. I have confidence she is familiar with my PHI and we monitor my BP and blood sugar on a regular bases. The couple of times I have email her using MyChart with a medical or prescription issue, she has gotten me an appointment a taken care of the problem.

Clinically she was good. However, she lacked any bedside manner. She was efficient, but that's about all I can say. [...] I saw her for an emergent cardiac issue, which was addressed. However, there was no education at all regarding the unique issues that women experience regarding cardiac care.

Been to the office twice now and both times the staff was outstanding, and seemed to be very courteous and respectful of everyone passing through

I have had a problem--pain--for 6 months with my left ankle. She seemed to think that the pain was due to medication I take for high blod pressure and ordered an x-ray to confirm the bone was not involved. I know the problem is not in the bone or the swelling but believe it to be from a tendon. No change, no new news. Just the same issue continuing without relief.

when I called to make this appointment, I said I had several different problems to talk to the Dr. about. I was told that I was to bring each of them up with the provider. when I was in my appointment with the provider, she addressed two of my issues but would not talk to me about my third issue. She said she had other patients waiting and I would have to make another appointment to come back in to talk about my last issue. In total, I spent about 10 actual minutes with the provider. She was late coming into the room and after a brief description of two of my first problem, she left to go get paperwork and was gone about 5 minutes. When she returned she was ready to leave and I said wait, I had two more issues to talk to you about and she said she didn't have time. She said that I had to tell them when I made the appointment if I needed more time and they would book two appointment times together but it would cost me double for two times back to back. I told her that one, I had told them at the appointment desk of my several things I needed advice or help with and they told me to tell the doctor when I was in with her. The Dr. says I needed to tell the appointment desk. The doctor spent 10 minutes going over my original problem, 5 minutes out of the room ane five minutes argueing with me that she had other patients and she didn't have time to address my questions. She could have answered them in the 5 minutes of argueing. [...] I just had two more questions to askbut she didn't care and she wouldn't answer them. I have never been treated so poorly by a PCP. I will never go to your clinic again. I am looking for a different doctor. I might understand her point if I would have gone over my time, but she should have had her aid go get the paperwork so she could actually give me more time, closer to 15 or the 20 minutes allowed for her visit with me. What ever happened to caring about the patient instead of making sure they don't go oer their time limit? And, she was late into my appointment already so doesn't that say she went over on the appointments before me? Why do they get more time so it cuts time with me? Let me add one more thing. I am an Oncology RN and I have never treated any of my patients with this kindof indifference to their care. I have worked in Cancer Research and taught nursing students. I am in shock as to the care I received from this provider.

The initial expectations of a PCP being the "go to for everything" has, I believe, lost ground with the rapid increase of specialization. PCP's simply cannot be expert enough in all arena's. I have major issues with bone degeneration and chronic pain - and specialists focus on only parts of the overall issues. No one seems to really focus on "the hip bone with the foot bone with the spine" - and the resulting pain, etc. which results. The specialists refer me back to the PCP to connect the dots, but I agree that places unrealistic expectations on the PCP. I value my PCP - Dr. Eardley - and know she does the very best she can. But, I'm still "hunting" for what I wish was a PCP for all my bones, and the resulting symptoms, including chronic pain.

The layout of the room seems to have changed, with the patient sitting towards the back of the room, while the doctor is way up front. As I recall, past visits put the patient and the doctor closer to each other, making the relations between the two more friendly and the likelihood of patients offering information.

I was sent another patients test results. I am still waiting for mine. My doctor refused to see me after the emergency room recommended that I follow up with her. My doctor did not know that an MRI does not use radiation. She prescribed me 5,000 IU of D3-way too much.

She was very cold and rude. She had no bedside manner and made me feel like i was lying. She did not show me respect and i left the appointment feeling mentally worse than when I entered. I would never go back to this doctor. All of this was a really surprise to me since every other person I've met through providence has been nothing but lovely and respectful towards me.

I have seen this doctor for a number of years, generally just once a year for an annual physical and to get my prescriptions renewed. Up until this visit I always felt that there was quality time spent with answers to questions/concerns and referrals. I felt this time that I was "alloted" 10 minutes to ask my questions/concerns and never got to ask my last questions because I was told that I need to get to my next patient. This must be hard for doctors to give quality care but wonder if this is the "new" way of treating [...] patients. I will see this doctor in a few months for my annual physical and renewal of my prescriptions. Hopefully, it will be better than this visit.

I saw the doctor regarding a problem with have been going on for two and a half to three weeks. she dismissed my diagnosis and said she didn't know what was causing my problem, but she supposed we could do x-rays to rule out broken bones.Told me if it didn't get better in a week she would refer me to a specialist. I asked for a referral right then because it had already been going on for almost three weeks.she gave me a name and told me to make a call. I set up an appointment which was 3 weeks out because the specialist was not available before. xray came back clear. called podiatrist to see if they could get me in sooner. foot getting g worse. they said no and they had not received the referral from Eardlies office. Called Earflies office and was told insurance was holding it up. Called insurance and they said they had nothing to do with referrals. Sent email to Eardlies office and ask that they follow up in referral and forward x-rays to Podiatrist. Received email with referral and no mention of X-rays. sent additional email asking about X-rays. Received email stating that the x-ray report had been forwarded. I don't speek medical but that sounded like an interpretation of the x-rays had been sent not the x-rays. so I called the podiatrist to confirm. yes, they received the x-rays. I took a nap. it was exhausting! seems Rediculous! I have never seen Dr. Eardlie before, only her PAs. in the past everything has gone much smoother. [...]

I reached out to my primary care provider for immediate health concerns regarding my physical and mental health only to be judged, belittled and denied. Dr Eardley was incredibly rude, insulting, insensitive unsympathetic in our interaction. As a single mother I work incredibly hard for my children, even though I struggle with chronic pain and mental health issues. When seeking help from a health professional I do not appreciate being asked, "Why did you take a job you knew you couldn't do?". Dr Eardley also suggested I just increase my anti-depressant because, "I obviously need it". Then gave me a third referral. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and I have dropped her as my primary care physician. Furthermore, I have and will continue you share my experiences with others about her because no one deserves that treatment!!
