Nancy went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and pleasant. She was not only informative but helpful with both mine and my husbands concerns. Nancy as well as the staff went above and beyond to receive/relay my test results so my husband an I were able to find out the gender of our baby together before moving across country.

Nancy is very enthusiastic, but always seems like she is rushing through the appointment. I did not get a chance to talk with her about my concerns as much as I would have liked, and did not feel like she was wholly present for my appointment. This is not the first time I have felt this way with Nancy.

We had originally missed our appointment and the office staff went above and beyond to provide us with a new appointment before my baby was too big for an ultrasound. We were referred here from [...] and just had a wonderful, warming response. Thank you for being caring and delivering such a high quality service

I believe I was given the best care those I spoke to were able to give but it is frustrating to be told "good luck" when you say that it is important to you to get rid of a bacterial infection and to be told by a second person, when you ask to come back in to be re-tested to see if you're clear, that a follow up appointment is not necessary and "Pretty much everyone has that infection. It's normal."

Very helpful and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

She (Nancy) seemed to be rushed with the whole experience. She acted as though she was going through the motions with the process. She was nice but it was not the most positive of experiences.
