just met Douglas but I'm looking forward to seeing him again with my concerns & routine care. he's very down-to-earth and good humored. if doctors were so inclined, I'd invite him to happy hour.

This visit was for a check up including pap smear. The pap smear was the worst I have ever experienced. Dr. Ray was heavy handed and caused me to bleed for three days. I have never bleed after a pap smear.

He gave me numbers to call for a specialist. I called Providence on Sunnybrook to re-open my worker's compensation claim, and have received no call-backs.

I only went in to get a referral to the midwife I'm working with, and it's been a nightmare trying to get that processed - it still hasn't been submitted.
