She didn't seem to know about the cardiologist I had seen. I've seen various doctors lately and I sometimes wonder if they should be more connected - (I see a neurologist because I have Parkinson's.)

I have been seeing Dr Loebner for over ten years. She is amazing and very compassionate. She knows my history and I feel very comfortable every time I go in. My only concern is that I hope she doesn't retire for many years. It would be hard to replace a doctor of her caliber.

LOVE Dr. Loebner!

Dr. Loebner is the best in my opinion. I've been her patient since 2002 and she's out of network for me now, but I'll pay that extra money to have her as my PCP.

Provider did not seem knowledgeable about my medical history, despite the length of time I have been under her care and her looking at my records as we spoke. She failed to document relevant information in previous visits and seemed ignorant of my reasons for and the consequences of my prescriptions. She did not allow time for me to address additional concerns.

Dr Loebner is very knowledgeable and caring. She listens to my concerns and gives me advice on how to get what I need. She always responds to my emails as well.

I had to wait for the provider for about 40 mins. My appointment was at 0800 and he was seen at 0840.

I called the office about 2 to 3 times and they always promise to let my provider know but I will wait for weeks no response. I even sent emails on MyChart but most time no response until you try and get to make appointment on something your doctor could have talk to you on phone or email.

In defense of the provider she was told that I was there for a fall I had at a store However I told the staff I was there to get a medication for pain so I could walk during my upcoming trip [...] The doctor referred me back to my primary and so it was a waste of my time I was already scheduled to see a different doc regarding my fall

I guess I missed that we were done when she left the exam room. The nurse came in and drew blood for an additional test and the appointment was over.

Dr. Loebner is a fantastic PCP. I don't know how I can expand on that as I've stated in previous surveys. She's been my PCP for 15 years and I will stick with her until she retires or until I die.

I always feel well cared for by Dr Loebner. She called me tonight about a test result, that was greatly appreciated. She has done so in the past as well.

Dr. needs a scribe to help her type in patient info. Instead of using Dr.'s valuable time for data input, the scribe could do it, leaving the Dr. more time to connect with and care for patient. Why do specialists get a scribe but family practitioners not?

I have only seen Dr. Loebner twice for multiple health concerns, but I am pleased to say she is the most caring, attentive, and respectful Primary Provider I have had the pleasure of seeing. She always listens to my concerns and asks multiple follow- up questions to try and come up with the best solution to my problem. I have recommended her to friends at work, and I hope they schedule.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Loebner as I was establishing care with her. However, I had an issue with an abnormal CT scan of my pelvis and Dr. Loebner expedited my seeing a GYN specialist, called me on the phone regarding my test results and was very instrumental in hurrying along me care with the specialist. I appreciated her concern and prompt actions.

I have been going to Dr. Loebner since she started, 20something years ago. I have recommended her to all of my friends as I believe she is the most amazing GP there is. She has shown nothing but kindness and compassion to me as her patient. Even at times when I didn't deserve it. She has always put my health (mental, emotional and physical) first. She has demonstrated determination when she was baffled as to what might be the underlying issue. I have nothing but respect and confidence in her abilities and recommendations. Prior to making any medical decision whether with naturopaths, psychiatrists, etc, I make sure I inform Dr. Loebner first. [...] I couldn't imagine going anywhere else or to anyone else. I love Dr. Loebner! As my friend said who also goes to her, Loebner4EVA!!!

Dr. Loebner is very thoughtful, thorough, and followed up on a question that I posed to her via email, following my appointment with her. My appointment was to establish a relationship with her as my new PMD, and I am very excited about continuing care with her.

came in with chronic pain and just don't appreciate how the system work in regards to having an MRI the hoops needed to jump through to receive that scan aren't helpful and the are time consuming and costly and in the meantime I'm still in pain

I just wish that the doctor's office would give vaccinations rather than having to go to a pharmacy.
