I saw Dr. Khan for the first time during this visit. She spent 10 minutes with me. I went in for an extremely bad breakout of ezcema. Just before she left the visit she said "Oh, maybe I should look at your skin." She looked at it and said "yep, you have ezcema." Handed me a prescription and then sent in the Clinical Therapist to talk to me. It was a very strange visit. Dr. Kahn also suggested I see a doctor's office that is closer to my home in Scappoose going forward. I have been coming to this location for probably 15 or more years and haven't thought about changing clinics until she made that comment. I will not see her for future visits. We were also interrupted during the visit so she could answer someone's question in the office area which I thought was pretty rude.

I thought I was getting a complete physical but I did not, I had to make another appointment for one. I only get one physical a year [...] also, it was very hard to get a appt. as I am a new patient. I had to go to their office to get one after spending hours on the phone trying to find a new dr...

Took special time to see if another provider could confirm sending me to dermatologist and both agreed that was best. I think she is exceptional.

Many time when called the doctor is not in or available. I think they seem to be part time.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Khan to establish a primary care provider. She was very thorough and took her time to listen and ordered lab work and another test. The MA was very pleasant and she had a light hand in giving me 2 injections. I would definitely recommend Dr. Khan as a doctor and there was lots of free parking also.

One thing in particular that I appreciated, I was in the exam room waiting for Dr. Khan. Her assistant came in to tell me that Doctor was with another patient and I was next. Maybe not a big deal, but it "told me" that I had not been forgotten and I appreciated that. I let Dr. Khan know how welcome the information was.

The "provider' seems to focus on the EPIC computer entries vs working with me. She's good, but I don't think we are making a connection or that she will ever identify actual issues I might be having .. just am not sure . my prior two doctors, a man and a woman, both created a sense of professional communication.

[...] This was my first visit with Dr. Kahn, and it was due to a pain issue. Since I was a new patient, I wasn't schedule to see her for six weeks. [...] I really appreciated the time she gave me. I didn't feel rushed at all, she she addressed all the concerns I had!

I had a pap over two and a half weeks ago (after not having one for three years) and I have been eagerly awaiting my results and I still have not received results. I have called multiple times to follow up and I still got the response that the results have not come back from the lab. This is the longest I have had to wait for pap results before.

There is a discrepancy on one of my medications: [...]. The dose was doubled without Dr. Khan speaking to me directly about it, in fact, at my August A1C she said my numbers were fine and she was leaving the meds the same. Then the NP doubled the dose. I called the office to question and told them I am not doubling the dose based on my conversation at my August appointment with Dr. Khan, but my record still shows the doubled dosage. I wrote my concerns on the questionaire when I checked in on [...], we did NOT discuss it during my visit, and I noted on the visit summary that she increased the dose. WHY?!
