"I am honored to work with children at Providence Children's Development Institute and Providence Center for Medically Fragile Children. The augmentative and alternative communication program here at Providence is truly unique; getting the opportunity to work closely using a multidisciplinary approach benefits my own practice as well as the children we serve. It is a joy to help a child 'find their voice' and to teach them to learn to express him or herself, maybe even for the first time."Originally from Brookville, Penn. (near Punxsutawney, where the groundhog is the claim to fame), Bethany moved to Portland in 2005. When she's not working with kids, Bethany enjoys distance running, hiking and camping with her giant Labradoodle, Huxley, reading, and spending time with friends.
