I have been told that I need a referral to a rheumatologist. This has not been done. I have been told this referral is needed for about 6 months.

Ms Bock provides excellent speciality care and feedback on what I need to do to stay healthy and on top of my resources for diabetes.

Dr. Bock is a very caring individual and treats one like they are the only patient she is seeing that day. She explains things very thoroughly and makes sure you understand her. She takes all the time that is needed to cover the situation.

This provider is wonderful always listens and attentive to my needs.

Your office sent out paperwork for me to get a sonigram of my thyroid, but I had had the left thyroid removed in June and wondered if I still needed the sonigram of it since it was no longer there. I asked your office and they said yes, but when I went to [...] they said what's the point it's gone.

Sometimes hard to get through to leave a message or talk to a nurse..!!

had lab test for TSH . Got results on line that evening. was told by provider she would be in contact with me in two days since she was out of clinic next day. did not hear from her in that couple days so I sent an email to the office and I received a response from her nurse stating she was out of the office Thursday and the rest of the week and I would hear from her on Monday . Monday came and went and I did not hear from her so I sent another email on Tuesday and finally got a response I believe Wednesday or Thursday from another practitioner . I was anxious to get the results to see if she was going to do the prescription the way she mentioned in the visit because I had to get my other prescription updated as soon as possible. I was somewhat disappointed when I was told she would be in contact with me a couple different days and I never heard anything .

Kaitlin forgot to order the necessary blood tests and scans that should have been performed before my appointment so we could discuss the results. I feel like she is not very in tune with my needs. she also forgot to call in my prescription to my pharmacy following my appointment as promised. I'm not terribly satisfied with this care provider.

Kaitlin Bock was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my concerns with a smile. Excellent bedside manner!

Katlynn Brock is awesome, She has helped me to get my diabetes managed and has always encouraged me to do better in a non judgmental way. she has always listened to me sympathetically which is why I have chosen to continue treatment with her, rather then returning to my PCP for my diabetes management.

Although this provider is a specialist, she was willing and able to intelligently discuss other concerns about and aspects of my health beyond my primary diagnosis.

This was by far the best experience I've had. I learned more in my 30 min appt about my condition then I have ever known and I've had this condition for 19 years! THANK YOU for taking the time to ensure I really knew about my condition! So blessed to have you as apart of my care team! Thank you!

Ms. Bock was super helpful in starting the process for setting me up with an insulin pump, and I look forward to meeting with her to continue the process. I am happy that Dr. [...] sent me to Dr. [...]'s office to start the pump process. EXCELLENT CARE ALL AROUND, and I am lucky to have them!

Kaitlin Bock listened to what I had to say and explained what she thought was going on and what she was going to do to find out what was happening with me.

Kaitlin was warm, welcoming, and personable. She was knowledgeable of my records and health history prior to meeting with me, reviewed my medication lists, and asked relevant questions regarding my family history. She initiated discussion of possible problems and concerns and suggested lab work and follow-up to assist in determining a diagnosis. Kaitlin was very professional and provided information that helped me understand the problems I've been experiencing. She took the time to listen to me and answered my questions in terms I could understand. This was my first visit with Kaitlin, and it was a very positive experience.

She listened, she reviewed my meds as it might have been related to my complaint and made statements based on her opinion and on facts. Kaitlin Bock is a superior provider!!!!
