My father loved being a physician, and I'm happy to have followed in his footsteps. I have been in private practice for 14 years. At Kaiser Permanente, I am looking forward to practicing medicine in a setting where there are excellent resources across many specialties. As far as my approach to care goes, I like including patients in the decision making process by presenting health care options that are available to them, and then helping them discern what is best. I am interested in all areas of women's health. As an Ob/Gyn, I have the privilege of seeing patients during periods of transition - from entering motherhood, through menopause, and beyond. These are times at which patients can be highly motivated to make healthy lifestyle changes. It is rewarding to work with patients who want to make positive changes.
