About Alex E. Miner

As a physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation) Dr. Miner specializes in functional medicine and management of conditions of the muscular and neurological systems that lead to functional impairments. Dr. Miner is passionate about acute inpatient rehabilitation, where patients work with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals to overcome conditions, injuries or accidents that have led to a sudden decline in function. Dr. Miner has been Medical Director of the Queen of the Valley inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Center since September 2019.
