The term "provider" is misleading in this case. My main health care provider is the VA with my Dr located at VA clinic in a Richland. The urologist is a specialist that I only saw for this specific condition so some of the questions only apply to her while the rest pertains to my main provider. I've had excellent care with Dr Provenzano and her office.

I greatly appreciate the respect and efficiency of all the stuff that I interacted with. This was a very wonderful experience. As I lived out of town and Not sure what tocexpect going to a larger facility, I was pleasantly surprised. All of the staff made it very easy for me to feel It important with my medical needs. Thank you to everyone that worked with me!

She's great knows what she's doing . Nurses are very sweet and talk to me if I ask questions they can answer.

Dr. Provenzano was great and the nurses were very helpful.

I was impressed with the time the physician spent with me explaining my current issue. I don't feel like she was questioning my pain level or anything I was telling her. She wrote for a different antibiotic and listened to concern I had about taking a certain kind of antibiotics. I felt well cared for and appreciative of the Dr. Provenzamo.

Dr P didn't have all of my records as they all hadn't been sent from Trios. She still ordered some tests and set the ball in motion to get to the bottom of my problem. She was so patient with me when I explained that any new medications had to be okayed by the UWMC due to my lung transplant.

Dr. Provenzano is really good at explaining procedures and tests to me. She was right on time for the appointment and extremely helpful in suggesting a new drug for me to take. Sometimes the nurses in her office are slow to return my calls.
