My appointment was for a hearing issue. Ester Im and I talked about my issue and then she did an ENT examination. She explained and discussed what she found. She cleaned my ears, and referred me for a hearing test. I believe that she was very complete in her exam.

My provider listen, shows concern, is easy to talk to because she listen

My visit was great. The office was able to reschedule my appointment so I could see the doctor sooner (very appreciative of that) Doctor was walking with every step of the way during my appointment and explained everything.
