Elizabeth N. Bassler, LCSW

I am a psychotherapist specializing in trauma resiliency. I am trained in a modality that serves to eliminate symptoms of depression, PTSD, anxiety, and other psychological challenges. My modality does not require you to talk about the trauma you survived, but rather to notice how the trauma symptoms impact you. We then create specific coping skills to lessen or eliminate the trauma’s lasting impacts. My goal is to work alongside you as you learn more about your brain’s needs and how to function in a healthier way. I also work in conjunction with other hospital staff to ensure that your mental and physical health are positively impacting one other.
