Rachel Marsh, RD, CDCES

Rachel’s driving force as a diabetes educator and dietitian is in providing individualized patient care, with an ultimate goal of patients feeling educated and empowered within their own care and disease management. Her passion is fueled by her personal experience managing Type 1 diabetes since the age of 9. Born and raised in Minnesota, she completed both her nutrition degree and dietetic internship through the University of Minnesota. She additionally interned with the American Diabetes Association through involvement in youth diabetes camps, as well as completed a sports nutrition internship with the University of Minnesota Gopher football team. Rachel has experience working with diabetes technology, including insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitors. New to the Portland area, she’s enjoying exploring the area with her husband. Her favorite hobbies include: watching (and very loudly cheering on the MN Vikings) & attending sporting events, staying active, adventuring around the PNW, and anything that incorporates water!
