This was my first experience with this medical group and I was very impressed by everyone I interacted with. I had a very short wait before I was led to the exam room and a reasonable wait time to see Dr. Pezold. He listened carefully to what I had to say and asked pertinent questions, telling me why he asked. I finally got to see my actual scan instead of just reading the report and he led me through what I was looking at. I really appreciated that! I was sorry he was not able to help me but he gave me advice as to who I should see and where my problem lies. I liked him as a person and a professional. I will see him periodically to monitor a presently stable condition and look forward to visiting again.
