About Jennifer A. Fayette
Jennifer Fayette was born and raised in Alaska. She graduated from the University of Washington MEDEX Anchorage Physician Assistant program in 2014. Prior to becoming a certified physician assistant she worked as an exercise physiologist in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation at Providence hospital and for the United States Air Force in both Okinawa, Japan and Colorado Springs, Colorado. While assisting service members overseas, PA Fayette also completed her Masters of Education in Instructional Leadership and taught high school science, health, and human anatomy. Additionally, Jennifer has completed microvascular training at Mayo Clinic. PA Fayette works with surgeon Kevin Paisley, DO in the diagnosis and treatment of complex shoulder and elbow joint replacements as well as in sports medicine, orthopedic trauma, and knee arthroplasty. Jennifer assists Dr. Paisley in the operating room and sees patients in the clinic. Jennifer is a Board Member on the Alaskan Academy of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and American College of Sports Medicine. PA Fayette enjoys both nordic and alpine skiing in the winter months and fishing and camping in the summer.
