Dr. Teresa Bormann is a family medicine doctor in Anchorage, Alaska and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Fairbanks Memorial Hospital and Providence Alaska Medical Center. Dr. Bormann grew up in South Dakota and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in 1998. She finished one year of OB-GYN training before deciding that Family Medicine is where her heart is. She completed residency training at The Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 2002.
