This was a personable, knowledgeable, and professional ENT provider. I raved about her and shared her information with family members. I'm extremely hard of hearing and do not use the phone. I rely on Patient Portal to make appointments. The portion of this survey that asks about calls does not take this situation into consideration. This ENT provider's office was very, very accommodating about my hearing disability and had no problem working with me to schedule through Patient Portal.

Wonderful person

She listened to me and scheduled me for a CT of my sinuses, even though she couldn't see anything-I felt like she believed me which I am so grateful for because this is an ongoing issue and it's only getting worse. She also helped to make the connection between what I'm going through and Shjrogrens Disease that I have and it seems that they are connected which I hadn't thought of

I have a new PC and haven't had enough experience yet to comment. So far so good. In the past it has been very hard to get a timely appointment when I needed it.

Everyone here is so respectful and courteous. The whole office is so professional and welcoming. I enjoy coming to this office and have yet to be disappointed.

Caitlin had such a warm and fun attitude she eased any of the anxiety surrounding my post-op results, continued healing, and overall jitters that I had, in the office. She was delightful and I am looking forward to my next appointment with her! Thank you! I love the entire ENT team in Newberg AND Bridgeport!

The ENT department was down providers so it took almost 3 months to get in to see her for my consult. I understand this and thankfully my problem was not that serious. My care was outstanding.

I had seen Caitlin Ansel back in September for a sinus issue. When I recently had dizziness, increased ear pressure and other scary symptoms, I called her office and got an appt within a week. I asked to be put on a cancelation list and they called me before my scheduled appt and I was able to be seen. Everyone was very helpful and compassionate and did their best to make me comfortable. Caitlin listened to me and spent a long time evaluating and trying to diagnose me.

It has been a long time since I've left a medical appointment where I knew I'd been heard. Caitlin was able to take all the symptoms I told her and after a thorough exam, she explained clearly what direction she recommended. She prescribed a couple meds and will follow up with me in 3 months. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, while being very professional. Her treatment plan is already showing helping.

Caitlan is favorite doctor and I have several. She is the greatest!
