About Talia Kolin

Dr. Talia Kolin is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and eye surgeon. She subspecializes in strabismus surgery for children and adults, congenital cataract surgery and blocked tear ducts.

Dr. Kolin earned her B.A. at Columbia University and went on to earn her Doctorate of Medicine degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She concluded her fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles after completing her residency in ophthalmology at White Memorial Medical Center.

Dr. Kolin is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Children’s Hospital USC School of Medicine L.A., CA and Chief of Ophthalmology at Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic USC School of Medicine L.A., CA.

Dr. Kolin has written chapters on cataract surgery in children and adults and has authored numerous articles in ophthalmology. She has been recognized by Harvard University multiple times as an accomplished instructor in ophthalmology.
