I obtained my medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and completed my pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Oklahoma in 1989. I grew up and was educated in Oklahoma. I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1989 and am married with one child. I enjoy the diversity of general pediatrics and watching kids and families grow to reach their potential. I follow the immunization schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and believe it is safe for all children. My job share with Kathleen Palm is very satisfying. Clinical pediatrics is challenging and rewarding. I enjoy spending active time with my family, school and community and recharge with books, movies and music. Dr. Horrall was elected as a top doctor in Portland Monthly’s 2015-2017 “Top Docs and Nurses” feature.
